Terms of Service

By booking a dumpster container with Pinnacle Dumpster Rentals, you agree to the following operational terms and conditions.

1. Placement & Surface Protection

While we utilize hardwood protective padding to protect driveway surfaces, the customer is responsible for designating an unobstructed, structurally sound drop location with adequate clearance for our roll-off trucks.

2. Prohibited Hazardous Materials

Strictly prohibited items include hazardous waste, car batteries, chemicals, asbestos, biomedical waste, paints, propane tanks, and biohazards. Placing prohibited items in the bin may incur mandatory sorting and disposal surcharges.

3. Weight Limits & Level Filling

Containers must not be loaded past the top water-level rim. Excess tonnage beyond the agreed weight allowance is billed at standard Maricopa County transfer station rates per ton.
